Training & Coaching

Our training approaches are highly interactive and include a combination of lecture/discussion, videos/DVDs and hands-on activities and simulations. We work with our clients to define their specific educational objectives -- from generating awareness to obtaining buy-in to developing demonstrable skills -- and provide a quality learning experience that best fits the desired outcomes.  All programs are tailored to fit the client environment and learning objectives. Fully customized programs that incorporate client content are available upon request.

Coaching for leadership and/or improvement teams is also available on an hourly basis, by telephone and in person. Topics and approach vary depending on the needs of the coachee.
