Mark Minukas has a breadth of expertise in organizational transformation, including operations design and management, strategy formulation and deployment, culture change, and customer experience improvement. A former strategy and operations consultant and senior engagement manager at McKinsey & Co., Mark has 15 years experience collaborating with clients on large-scale organizational transformation efforts across a broad range of organizations in the manufacturing, service, and government sectors.
Mark believes all organizations can benefit from applying Lean management and culture change principles. He helps teams at all levels in an organization see their work in new ways, work more effectively together, and discover simpler and more innovative ways to serve customers and add value.
Mark holds a Master of Engineering in Human Factors from the University of California at Berkeley and a B.S. in Systems Engineering from the US Naval Academy. As an officer in the Navy, Mark led construction and logistics units.
